Validity of Prices Prices are valid for the periods shown. However, they are subject to change without notice. These could be due to circumstances beyond our control such as Government action. Or an increase in hotel tax or VAT. Prices are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of publication.
They may change should any major variation in exchange rates occur. Payment: We do accept payment via bank transfer and credit cards. Please note that the sender collects all charges. Kindly always send remittance of payments /payments proof including booking reference after completion of transaction for our records. When paying via credit card, a surcharge of 4.9% will apply. Cancellation Policy: Depending on when you cancel, you will be liable for a proportion of the total tour price.
The figures below are percentages of what you will be charged upon cancellation:
• Up to 90 days before arrival - 25% charge
• 89-45 days – 50% charge
• 44-15 days – 75% charge
• 14 days before – 100% charge
Payment Policy: To confirm your booking, please pay 40% of the total cost. The complete balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Prices quoted for safaris generally include all the following:
• transport as per the itinerary
• airport transfers
• game drives
• flying doctor membership where appropriate
• full board accommodation
• picnic/extra lunches where stated
• scheduled charter flights mentioned
• mineral water
• park entrance fees
Prices Exclude:
• international flights
• visa costs
• optional excursions
• personal insurance (medical or other)
• drinks
• tips
• phone calls
• laundry
• any items of a personal nature
Children: Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents are charged 50% of the total cost.
