Validity of Prices Prices are valid for the periods shown. However, they are subject to change without notice. These could be due to circumstances beyond our control such as Government action. Or an increase in hotel tax or VAT. Prices are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of publication.

They may change should any major variation in exchange rates occur. Payment: We do accept payment via bank transfer and credit cards. Please note that the sender collects all charges. Kindly always send remittance of payments \/payments proof including booking reference after completion of transaction for our records. When paying via credit card, a surcharge of 4.9% will apply. Cancellation Policy: Depending on when you cancel, you will be liable for a proportion of the total tour price.

The figures below are percentages of what you will be charged upon cancellation:
\u2022 Up to 90 days before arrival – 25% charge
\u2022 89-45 days \u2013 50% charge
\u2022 44-15 days \u2013 75% charge
\u2022 14 days before \u2013 100% charge

Payment Policy: To confirm your booking, please pay 40% of the total cost. The complete balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Prices quoted for safaris generally include all the following:

\u2022 flying doctor membership where appropriate
\u2022 full board accommodation
\u2022 picnic\/extra lunches where stated
\u2022 scheduled charter flights mentioned
\u2022 mineral water
\u2022 park entrance fees

Prices Exclude:

 \u2022 visa costs
 \u2022 optional excursions
 \u2022 personal insurance (medical or other)
\u2022 drinks
\u2022 tips
\u2022 phone calls
\u2022 laundry
\u2022 any items of a personal nature

Children: Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents are charged 50% of the total cost.
