Tarangire – Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara

Day 1 - Airport to Arusha (52km)

Safari Time: None. Sleeping at: SG Premium Resort https://sgresorttz.com/ or Africa Safari https://africa-safari.com/africa-safari-arusha/. Note: Depending on time & energy we can give you a tour of downtown Arusha. Or you can simply enjoy taking a dip in the swimming pool.

Day 2 (Part One) – Arusha to Tarangire National Park (152km)

Safari Time: The safari starts mid-morning and continues until early/mid afternoon.

Day 2 (Part Two) Tarangire National Park to Karatu (104km)

Sleeping at: Olea Farm Lodge or similar https://pamojaafricatz.com/location-pamoja-karatu/. Note: Optional extras are available at the hotel. Please ask for further details.

Day 3 (Part One) – Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater (52km)

Safari Time: The safari starts in the morning and continues until early/mid afternoon.

Day 3 (Part Two) - Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara (91km)

Sleeping at: Tortilis Camp Lake Manyara https://www.tortiliscamps.com/lake-manyara-tortilis-camp. Note: See out the day in style! There’s a sundowner available as an optional extra on the shores of Lake Manyara. We’ll show you where you need to go.

Day 4 – Lake Manyara to Arusha (125km)

Safari Time: The safari starts early in the morning (a dawn safari is optional if you like) and continues until early afternoon. Note: After the safari ends, we’ll take you to the airport or hotel in Arusha.
